Luca was a homeless dog that had been abused, being tied and dragged behind a car. His small body was all injured and, as we found out later, his tail was irreversibly damaged, being paralyzed.

Impressed by Luca’s story, the American opera singer Ms. Carol Byers, also founder and president of ACA Austria, helped us and not only did she offer Luca a foster home, but she also helped him find a loving adoptive family in Austria.
