LOKI – ADOPTED IN GERMANY
UPDATE: LOKI WAS ADOPTED BY A FAMILY IN GERMANY
Loki lived on a sheep farm and because he was not good at herding, he was chained and used for guarding. With freezing temperatures outside, he had no shelter. It’s not only cruel, but also plain stupid to chain a friendly, joyful dog, who acts like a little puppy and craves human affection, and expect him to suddenly become a fearful guarding tool.
Loki is one and a half years old, medium size (13 kg / 29 lbs), short legged and he looks a bit like a Corgi mix. He’s friendly with people and he’s generally good with most dogs, especially those who are not dominant (not so great with cats, though). He’s full of energy, funny and enjoys being outdoors or running around in the yard.
He has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.
Loki is in our care at Howl Of A Dog in Romania but can also be adopted internationally. However, because travelling is a bit problematic during current restrictions, we are hoping to find a home for him here in Europe (including UK) where transportation is possible by car.
