ALMA – ADOPTED IN ROMANIA
UPDATE: ALMA WAS ADOPTED
Alma is a young pup, around 1 year old. But for her, puppyhood was not that crazy, funny stage in a dog’s life when they are the cutest, chubby bundles of joy and fun, playing all day long and making everyone around laugh. For Alma puppyhood meant struggling to survive, hoping that the scraps she got would keep her alive one more day.
It’s been almost two months since we rescued her, she has made a full recovery and is now a healthy dog (Video: https://youtu.be/e4-IuLqA41k ). But she is still very shy with people she doesn’t know and needs an adoptive family who has lots of patience and experience in dealing with traumatized dogs.
Alma is medium size, approximately 10 kg (22 lbs), spayed, fully vaccinated and microchipped. She is in Romania, but can also be adopted internationally. But at this moment, due to travel restrictions for flights to the USA and Canada, caused by Covid-19, we are hoping to find a home for Alma in a European country, including UK, where transportation by road is still possible (additional info about the adoption process can be found here: https://www.howlofadog.
