UPDATE: Angel was adopted by a family in England

Angel is…an angel of a dog.

She has the calmness and wisdom of a rescued dog who has been through a lot of suffering in his life and now sees and perceives life much differently than a puppy who always lived in a loving environment. For Angel happiness is not about jumping for joy at the mere sound of a squeaky toy; for her, happiness means feeling safe and loved.

She enjoys walks, but she’s not very much into long hikes and adventures. For her, the outside world is still a scary place and she would rather snuggle up and take a nap on your lap. She still feels insecure and afraid of people she doesn’t know but once you gain her trust (which only requires a little patience and love) she turns into the most affectionate, cuddliest dog. As for dogs, she gets along great with all, but prefers the ones that are not so pushy.

She needs a loving, patient family who can help her discover how amazing life can be for an adopted dog.

Additional details: medium size (17 kg), estimated age 3 yrs, spayed, microchipped, up-to-date on all required vaccinations.

Angel is in our care in Romania but can be adopted internationally too. However, because travelling is a bit problematic during current restrictions, we are hoping to find a home for her here in Europe when she can be transported by car.
